EntitySearch HQ is operated by Ellul Solutions Ltd. This page explains what happens to information submitted on this site.

What we collect and why

When you ask a records question we collect what you type into the form: which state or register, what you need to check, your name and email. We stamp the submission with a truncated IP and the consent notice version. Behavioural analytics on this site are cookieless and anonymous.

Legal basis and sharing

We email you the answer to your question and share your details with nobody. Outbound links to state registers are plain links to government websites; links to formation or registered agent services are referral links, disclosed where they appear, and carry nothing about you.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Aggregate statistics that identify nobody are kept indefinitely.

Analytics

This site uses cookieless, aggregate analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no consent banner needed.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time: contact@entitysearchhq.com. We respond within one month.
