EntitySearch HQ is an independent comparison site indexing official US company registers. It is not a government agency, not affiliated with any Secretary of State, and not a law firm; nothing here is legal advice. Facts are quoted from official sources with the retrieval date shown, and the official register remains the authoritative record.

How we are paid

Answers to records questions are free. The formation and registered agent services we link to pay us referral fees; every such link is disclosed where it appears and never changes what the verified register facts say.

The register index

The index and its CSV downloads are free to reuse with citation. Every figure carries its official source URL and retrieval date; if you find a figure that no longer matches its source, tell us and we re-verify against the official page.

No warranty

The index is provided as-is. We verify quotes against official pages on the date shown, and registers change their content and fees; always confirm against the linked official source before relying on a figure.
